Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and your orders. Keenly Thriving LLC ("Keenly Thriving", "we", "us") offers online ordering of laboratory tests. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
The information on this site and in your results is for general wellness and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the site does not create a doctor-patient relationship with us. Talk to a licensed clinician about your results and before changing medications, supplements, or care. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older. Each order is for one person, so the name, date of birth, and biological sex you enter must be that person's and match their photo ID. If you are ordering for someone else, you must have their permission and use their own email address. Availability of some tests varies by location, and we may decline or cancel an order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled where you live.
Where our tests are available
We do not currently offer our tests to residents of, or for sample collection or delivery in, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. Do not place an order if you live in or will be tested in any of these states. By placing an order you confirm that you do not. If we learn that an order comes from one of these states, we will cancel it and refund you in full, including any fee.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged at checkout through Stripe. Promotion codes apply only as described when issued. We may correct pricing errors and cancel the affected order with a full refund. Inaccurate information can cause delays or a rejected sample, and we are not responsible for problems caused by details entered incorrectly.
How testing works
Blood panels. After you order, your lab requisition is sent to the email you used at checkout. Take it and a photo ID to a Quest Diagnostics location. Follow any fasting or preparation instructions for your panel. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
At-home kits. Kits such as TruAge ship directly from the kit provider to the address you enter. Follow the included instructions, collect your sample, and return it in the prepaid envelope. Provider turnaround times vary.
Tests are performed by independent laboratories. We do not control their schedules, locations, or processes.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before your specimen has been collected (for blood panels, before you visit the laboratory) or, for at-home kits, before the kit has shipped. If you cancel within that period, we will refund the amount you paid less a non-refundable processing fee of $20 per order, or the full order total if it is less than $20. This fee covers costs we incur to set up and process your order, including payment processing and laboratory ordering charges, which we cannot recover.
To cancel, send us a request through the contact form. Laboratories do not tell us immediately when a specimen is collected, so we review each cancellation request for up to 7 days to confirm that no specimen has been collected before we issue the refund. Please do not visit the laboratory after you request a cancellation. If a specimen was collected before we complete our review, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. Once a specimen has been collected or a kit has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Orders may be cancelled for up to 120 days after purchase while they remain in a cancellable state.
If we cancel an order, for example because a test is not offered where you live, because of a pricing error, or because a laboratory or provider cannot complete it, we will refund the full amount you paid, including any fee.
Your results
Results are delivered through the results portal. Reference ranges and any explanations we provide are general guidance and may differ from your own clinician's view. Lab results can be affected by many factors and can contain errors, so confirm important findings with a licensed clinician.
Third-party services
Payments, lab ordering, laboratories, and kit providers are operated by other companies, and their own terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it without permission, or use it to submit information that is not yours. The site's content, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy them without permission.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.
