This policy explains what information Keenly Thriving LLC ("Keenly Thriving", "we", "us") collects when you use this website to order lab tests, how we use it, and who else handles it. By using the site you agree to this policy.
What we collect
When you order. Stripe's secure checkout collects your full legal name, email, phone number, billing address, date of birth, and biological sex. Tests that ship to you (such as TruAge) also collect a shipping address. Labs need these details to prepare your requisition and match your sample to you. Your card number goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store it.
When you take the quiz. Your answers (who the panels are for, age range, main health concern, past blood work, budget, and other areas of interest) stay in your browser while you use the quiz. If you choose to save your results, we receive your first name, email, a summary of your answers, and the panels we recommended.
When you contact us. We receive the name, email, and message you submit. Please do not include health details in the form.
Automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type). The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your cart and quiz progress in your browser's local storage so they survive a page reload, and clears them after you order.
How we use it
- To process your payment and place your order with the lab or kit provider.
- To send your lab requisition, order updates, and notice that your results are ready.
- To answer your questions and, if you asked, email your quiz recommendations.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who handles it
We use these service providers, and each receives only what it needs:
- Stripe processes payments and stores your checkout details.
- LifeMetrics, our lab-ordering platform, creates your account, prepares your lab requisition, communicates with the lab, and hosts the results portal at results.keenlythriving.com.
- Quest Diagnostics and other laboratories run your tests and return results through the platform.
- TruDiagnostic (or the provider of another at-home kit) ships your kit, processes your sample, and returns results.
- Resend delivers our emails, and stores the contact list for quiz results you chose to save.
- Netlify hosts this website.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or in a sale or transfer of the business.
Your lab results
Test results are health information. They are delivered to you through the results portal and are handled by the laboratory and ordering platform under their own legal obligations. We do not publish or sell results.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet tax and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Quiz contacts stay on our list until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and to remove you from our contact list. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Use the contact form and tell us what you need. We may need to verify your identity first, and we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, or data held by the lab or other providers under their own rules.
Security
We use reputable providers and encrypted connections, and we limit what we collect. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
